First 5k in ~22 min, running just over 7 min pace. hamstring tightened at mile 1.5, pinged hard just past the 3 mile mark, and gave out fully just past the 4 mile mark
overall i felt pretty good, but definitly need to work in some more quality now that i have pretty stable mileage.
recovery plan is off 2-3 day then easy runs
3rd covid shot today so probably a good time to back off for a few days.
