Overall, a good run. Good start, but wasn't able to hold the 6 min pace like I expected. Probably a combination of too little faster running (esp LT and tempo) and the 80F temperature.
Cant believe I won the AG with this time, but hey, its whoever shows up. Nonetheless, now that the mileage is up where I want it and my calf feels good, I'll probably close out some of these workouts with a fast finish.
