I finally got to go outside and get a run in. I had a late start, but my goal was 2.5 miles, and I got there.

I had a yucky cramp pop up early and often, but toughed it out to meet my mark. Based on some training stuff I have been reading, it seems like 2.5 is the natural progression for me, so I am hoping to make that my new 'minimum' so I can start running farther.

Really awesome to see this, Joe! Way to get through the cramp. Was it a stomach cramp? Those go away after you've been running for a while. I hardly get them anymore.

Joe - this is superb man, way to gun for a bit longer distance and tough through it. With the running and biking mix it won't be long before you're fit as a fiddle!
