Had a one hour window today, and figured I'd get the most distance out of the indoor trainer. I put it back to 'standard' resistance, to gauge where I am at currently. The Shingles are starting to clear up a bit, so I am definitely on the fast track to recovery. I also swam a bit in my parent's pool for a while...I have no idea how far, but I got winded a bit.
