Wow! I had literally 15 minutes of freedom while Katelyn napped today, so I figured I'd go out for a quick run. Despite my high HR (I haven't done much cardio aside from p90x in a while) I really didn't feel like I was pushing it super hard. It turns out I have discovered that losing weight makes you quicker! (newsflash) I wonder what I would be capable of with more time and training...alas, I need to focus on the bike now...p90x is basically over, and I have a 30 mile ride coming up!
