Notes
My left ankle was a little sore on Monday, but it held up ok when I ran Tuesday.
It was still not 100% last night, so I took this morning off. No biggie, it is minor. I just don't want to let something small get big, or become a nagging injury.
I plan on running Friday morning, but the 3 days in a row didn't sound like a good idea with last night's soreness...I'm just trying to be smart about it...
