I am not too sure exactly what is up, but my abdomen has been an issue lately. I can't quite put my finger on it, but maybe I ate something bad? Either way, the intensity is enough that when I have started to run the last couple of days, I have had to stop almost immediately. With Hurricane Irene coming, I may just sit tight the next couple of days and see how I feel early next week.
