up on the trail down on the road (from the first parking area). up (from the sign) in 35:28. Felt the work towards the end of the uphill, but recovered quickly on the downhill. Nice to be back on some single track after a week hiatus. The shade was nice, too. Today ends 7 straight days in the 90s, which is the second longest streak of 90 degree days since they started recording weather in Flagstaff. Really wasn't too bad--people are soft.
