Long run! Amazing morning to be out. Legs felt refreshed from the workout on Friday, but I was pretty conservative for the first half of the run. The way back was going by quickly and I felt great, so I found a good rhythm the last 25 minutes or so. Beautiful view of the peaks on A1, and there's nothing like cruising along on a road leading out of town.
This was my first 50 mile week since August 2014. I don't plan on going too much higher in the near future, and I'll probably favor intensity over mileage in the coming weeks, but it feels good to be fit again.
