Notes
This was probably longer than 7. Lots of big loops in gateway prairie. Didn't feel like thinking and wanted to keep it flat. I timed the last three loops (which I recall being ~1400m) : 5:35, 5:26, 5:04. The last one I was intentional about moving a little bit. Not too fast, but it felt really good to get going a little bit.
