4 minutes at tempo followed by 3x75 seconds fast and relaxed. Felt bad on the warm up, partially due to the wind, but I think I was just tired. The 4 minute piece on the way back felt pretty good, albeit wind aided and downhill. Legs felt good on the fast pieces, but I had a really hard time recovering from them. Probably a combination of some fatigue from increased running, 7000 feet, and I haven't done any fast stuff longer than strides in a LONG time.
