Same route as yesterday. Actually mapped it out and it's very nearly 5 miles. It's kind of lame that I've been doing variations of this route when I'm less than 5 miles from really good trails. It does offer a couple good climbs, and there's only one intersection where there's ever a reason to stop. And I like the quiet streets.
Actually felt great today. Was able to space out in a good way and rundream about being much fitter, running big PRs, etc. Threw in four strides at the end and they felt smooth
Seventh day running in a row! Yikes--might take tomorrow off.
