The Lord taketh away and etc.,....yin & yang. Very solid run, legs strong, aero/cardio good. Steady, easy effort, w/ consistent splits including up Naamans.
Had 8 in mind when a funny 'thing' in rt. calf cropped up. Wasn't going to risk another seize-up.
