The 'Cloud'- Felt like pea soup out there. Dripping after 1st 1/2 m. Negative pre-run attitude due to hum.Didn't expect much.
The 'silver lining'- Once I reached that magical m. 2 statis between pace & temp/hum, it was pretty good. Started easy and continued, which turned out to be just under 8:10 and consistent...surprising.
Better hydration throughout the day today.
No sun kept RF manageable (despite being 90).
