Semi-long. Steady, default pace comfortable over the entire 7.35. All splits between 7:42 and 7:54 (last .35).
[I still can believe that the pace is this fast over these distances. Something tells me that at the track and here at Bonsall, there is some sort of GPS 'skewing' going on. This run just didn't *feel* like 7:47!]
L/s, vest(unzipped a bit during), pants, wind briefs, fleece gloves.
FIRST RUN in the new Triumph 4s. Had some reservations about the big[ger] toebox, but they were very comfortable throughout the run. Excellent transition.
