.01 m longer than last Sun. and 38 sec faster over 9.66 - talk about consistency. Thought I was pacing a bit faster than last week, though.
Plotting the lap splits for both of these runs (this week and last week) produces nearly identical graphs.
A bit sore - need to consider post-run recovery fuel,...gatorade, piece of bread, etc.
(...and skimped on cool-down a bit today.)
L/S, Shorts!, and thin gloves were fine after 1st mile.
