Good run, with hum. still a factor; seems the respite was brief. Misjudged route distance and bailed on the 2nd Foulk hill loop. 7 wouldn't have been prudent on a fairly heavy week.
A few odd, minor aches (right lat knee, top of foot). Might be attributable to last Sun/Mon. Or not.
