Had nothing,...felt gassed even before starting. RF93 didn't help. No mental toughness.
Maybe I should have taken today off,..as per normal..., and braved tomorrow's higher temps w/ fresher legs. Pick your poison.
A wx stretch like this comes every summer. Still frustrating on an emotional level.
