A 'YOWZA!' run,...been awhile. Super-strong and crazy consistent splits after a relatively easy 1st: :03, :03, :02, :01, :02, 7:57.
Didn't really hold back = 'Normal'/ 'Moderate'.
Must be careful: Heat is a natural deccelerator, cool/cold is a natural accelerator. As temps./RF drops, leg musculature surpasses aero/cardio as the delimiter. Some injuries in the past have been due to the enthusiasm of the Fall.....like last year.
