This couldabeen, shouldabeen a great run. Started out well, with leg pain waaay in the background. Soon naturally and comfortably hitting sub 4:30/km pace. But the leg pain set in from about 4 or 5 km and so most of the run was really quite painful. Not even the knee, but the entire rear thigh. If I want to keep running, I probably need to keep it very slow. Or else just stop and forget the whole fuckin' thing.
