Notes

One of my hardest workouts ever I suppose, but it didn't feel too extreme. Really amazed at how low my heart rate stays. I even double checked by taking my pulse for 6 seconds a few times and it seemed to match the monitor readout, so it must be true. But why so low when, for example, I was pushing really hard on that last rep, uphill and close to sprinting over the last couple of hundred meters? Is it fatigue? Shouldn't be.
