Notes

A gentle run to try to gauge how the leg is, perhaps try to slow the rate at which fitness is eroding, and maybe even stimulate some recovery from the leg. I could feel the leg the whole time, even at such slow pace. Could call it pain, but only low level. Definitely threatening to ramp up if I picked up the pace. What a bloody dilemma.
