Notes
Well, this was the most peculiar run. I felt fine and strong and developed little fatigue despite the warmth. Felt like I could have rolled along at 5:00/km all day. Colin and I both felt there was something benign in the conditions...it was warm, but low humidity perhaps? On the flip side, I had fairly strong bladder and urethra discomfort for most of the run. A voice was saying that maybe I should pull up stumps, but apart from that I was moving well and felt fine. Fortunately I am due to go back to the urologist tomorrow.
