Another great long run on the Tamagawa. Ran down to Tamagwa Eki met Padraig, Teruyuki, and Paddy, and off we went up river to Tamahara bridge and back (Terry continued on towards his home up river). I stopped at Futakotamagwa at 36 km. After a longish week and yesterday's tempo run, it was enough.
