Slowish run after 2 days rest to give the leg some recovery time. No problems for the first 4 or 5 km, then both the upper anterior thigh and posterior medial knee (both left leg) returned, though never as bad as on Saturday. I think the knee thing is more tendon than muscle. I think it is the semitendinosusin the region of where the tendon becomes muscle. It is frustrating because my fitness in other respects is great. I just want to run!
