This was a so-so hard run. Had a cold and was reluctant to run, but finally got out and found the cold was not affecting me so much and thus kept going at a moderate pace. I miscalculated the distance. I thought I would end up with 21 k, but the big loops at Komazawa were only 2.8 km. not 3 km.
