Excellent 6 x 1000 m workout. This must be as good a set as I have ever run Maybe once before I have been down in this territory. Juergen was a far way ahead of me on the first one, then a little way ahead on number 2, but for number 3 to 6 we were very close and I finished ahead of him on number 5 and just behind or even on the others. And there I was at the end of the first rep thinking, "Gee, Juergen is in good shape!"
