Good run with a good group of Nambanners: Paddy, Joachim, Jay, Keren, Arne, Yuka, Satohi, Mika, Yoshiko. The Irish wasp stung us as he is want to do over the latter km, but it made for an excellent run under difficult conditions (it was Namban's bounenkai last night!). A few yips from the left leg, but it didn't become anything too serious.
