Wasn't too bad except that my right leg (rear thigh) problem flared up about 3 km into the run. Other sore spots, especially left Achilles, also here and there, all add up to make me realize I have overdone it the past couple of weeks. Bugger. Now I have to try and manage these damn niggles and just try to get to the start line rather than continue onward and upward. Tactical mistakes aplenty.
