Was broken into two sessions of 35 minutes and 25 minutes with a a couple of minutes break in between as I frigged around trying to set a new workout (accidentally set teh first to 35). I suppose it was kind of a reasonably hard w/out. Certainly fairly boring. Managed to keep my heart rate in the high 130s for a long time and do some kind of harder intervals in the second lot of 25 minutes. These took the heart rate up into the 150s. I wish I knew how to set the workout program properly.
