Hadd type evaluation run. Chose 2 km per rep instead of 2.4. Last rep I accidentally did 2.4. Perhaps move to 2.4/rep as fitness improves.

It is pretty clear that my lactate threshold is up around that 165 mark, maybe really starts to turn up between 155 and 160, but not so steep until after 165.
