Accidentally left the HRM at home. A shame because I found my fitness level as I was feeling comfortable enough for 3 km, like I was running within myself, but into the 4th km my breathing went up appreciably and I suddenly felt like I was doing it a bit tough. Could have upped the pace, as I did for the 5th km, but not without turning it into a really hard effort. This was basically my 15th to 20th km for the day, so I can't say that it was a bad run, but I'd have liked to have run closer to an even 20:00 and done it with more ease.
