Aimed at running at HR of around 140 as much as possible. Once I was properly warmed up that's about where it was, between 140 and 145, and I was running around 4:35/km I think. Second lap of Komazawa (I debated with myself whether to keep the run to 10 km or not) I bumped into Hoshino-san (or Yoshino?) and ran a slower lap, maybe around 5:00/km, with him.
