Pretty hard. Hard on my legs anyway, especially the Achilles area of both legs and few other fatigue spots. Right hamstring seems to be improving gradually though. I guess I am still carrying fatigue from last Sunday's long run. It might be hard to get back to a fresh feeling for Sunday's half, so I might need to take Pete and Joachim's advice and just run it as a marathon pace run. Even if I do feel fresh enough, Joachim has correctly pointed out that it will be difficult to recover enough from an all-out half to feel fresh by Tokyo.
