Comment: "Overcast at first. A bit too warm. 15 degrees at start warming to 23 by 10 o'clock (reaching a max of 25). Had a good first half giving myself a good chance of sneaking under 3 hrs, but quad pain struck hard from around 24 km (not unlike Ohtawara) and I had to really guts out the last 10k (not unlike Ohtawara)."
