Took the day off. Slept in. Took my time getting out the door. Ran 1 mile to the market for PB. Was surprised to see that I was hitting a pretty quick pace. Form felt amazing. I felt light on my feet. Lungs felt good. I could tell I was pushing it a little bit, but didn't feel like I was sprinting or dying. On the way back from the store I figured I would be a little slower. It was slightly uphill. Felt a little hard the first block. Looked at watch expecting 13:xx, saw 11:xx. Holy crap, no wonder it felt hard. I turned the corner off the hill and just kept going. It was great. I felt like I was flying. That is what running, real running must feel like!
