Notes
It was raining this morning. I really didn't want to get out of bed. I almost convinced myself to run on y conference period...but the rain. So I just went. And I am soooo glad I did. It was one of the most badass runs I have had in a while. Pace is quicker again. Right there where I was with Jen on Monday. Is this the new pace? Or am I pushing it too much. It felt comfortable in the middle, but a bit hard toward the end. I will have to see how Friday goes.
