Met Martha, Marcia and Jen for a run this morning. Martha and Marcia went ahead. Kaitz and I cruised at our pace. I was expecting to cut it short and turn back with her. She went all the way to the dam. Then we ran all the way back as well. I felt great. It was a really good run. It was the farthest she has ever run. I am so proud of her and glad to have been an influencing factor in her running!!
