First time wearing the VFF. And oh my goodness the bliss! I have been doing run/walk intervals for so long now. I had a feeling I could push through sooner or later, but to do it like this, today, was amazing! I ran over a mile without walking. I ran for almost 16 minutes without walking. And it felt good the whole way! For the first time in a long time I feel like I might break through the run/walk for good. I could taste the bliss of what it feels like to just run! Man that was awesome!
