Talked myself out the door this morning. I couldn't decide if I should run today, or wait until tomorrow in SB. I decided I would just start and then see where that took me. Used longer walk breaks again. Felt ok, not great. I think I am beating myself up for only doing 5, but I am planning to run the other 5 tomorrow in SB. There is no reason to beat myself up for being flexible with my plan. Get over your bad self!!
