Wow! First ever ten mile run. I did a lot of things right this time. Better food last night. Whole wheat pasta and salad. Ate an eggo with PB and Jelly hour before run. Stepped back to 1 walk break every .25 miles for most of the run. The last 2 miles I went back to the .5 interval range. I had an almost 2 minute negative split on the run, so I didn't do the crash and burn of the last few long runs. Overall a GREAT run. I am so proud of myself!
