Really happy with this run. I felt some fatigue in the 4th mile, but then I was able to pick up the pace in the last mile. Left hip joint had some discomfort. I need to do more leg raises, strengthen those muscles. I don't think I will push the 10K next weekend. I need a few more 5 milers under my belt first. 5 is a killer distance mentally!!
