It feels very good to be back on track. I am losing weight again. I have more energy. I have GOOD energy. I am in a really good place. I thought it would be hard to wake up this morning, but it was actually easier than yesterday. I can tell the difference of weight in my running. I am having to do run walk, although I think my run segments are faster. But I am happy that I am back out there and giving myself some time to really get back into the swing of things.
