Notes

ran a random route to shake out the legs from yesterday. Stopped at the ATM on the route. Nice to turn that task into a run. Middle toe on right foot is sore from yesterday's speed work. Felt ok on run today though. Focused on landing light and lifting instead of pushing off. Not the 2 I intended, but I am getting a lot of miles in right now. It was what was needed. I am loving running!!
