Notes

Ran 1:1 intervals. I definitely hit faster paces during my run phase. It felt a lot easier as I ran too. It was FUN!!! I think I will definitely throw these in every once in a while, but I don't think I want to use them all the time. Good for a recovery run. If I intend to throw in a couple miles on Sunday I would use this, only even slower on the run interval. May try this on Sunday!
