Ran 3-1/4 mi. intervals at 5.0 with 1/8 @ 3.8 rest in between. 1st mile @ 3.8, last 1/2 mi. at 4.0
Felt fantastic! Felt strong in the legs. Lungs never felt totally wiped. This is the fastest three miles on the treadmill yet! I keep moving in the right direction!
