Notes

Ran almost the whole way to the park. I went without the water belt, no Garmin, no real plan. Just went out the door. I had a general idea what would make four miles. It felt very freeing to just run. I didn't worry about pace or beeps. I just ran when I wanted and walked when I wanted. It was a good run.
