The left foot is the reason I started this, and it hasn't adapted as well as the right. Ran for almost 18 minutes without walking today. Was slower than Wed. tho. In looking at the numbers above...I walked for 11 minutes out of the 38 I was out there. That includes the 4 minutes of warm-up. Progress is definitely being made. Also, I really worked out some kinks in form stuff on the back side of the last lap. In my mind I have been barefooting for a long time. I need to remember I have only done a few runs. Still need to allow myself to work out the form.
