Treadmill

Notes

ran to and from Jim's house, then did 2.5 on the mill there. Did a lot of run walking. Legs were heavy and I felt fatigued. Weights/and interval running are taking their toll. I might have to reassess. My body might not be ready to handle mileage and weights. Might stick to just upper body for weights in order to maintain mileage. That is most important to me right now. I am strong. I am accomplished!
