What an AMAZING experience. I really needed that! We switched our intervals from the start. Walked 3 ran 2. We were going to switch it up, but it was SO incredibly hot and humid. At the beginning I thought there was no way we would make it the whole way. Fueled really well. Sports beacn, cliff bar, some mojo cliff bar, shot blocks, and tons of fluids. I needed the fluids to make up for the sweat. Disgusting!

Left toe blister issue. Huge blister. Will have to figure out what that is about.

Over all, feel amazing. Way better than after the 16. It was tough conditions and we hung in there great!
